Thanks alfredo I wasn't sure but at least some are so sure about themselves to make assumptions about how one should react to a personal attack but that is most of the times just above their intelligence level anyway.

Warum wird immer wieder der gleiche Vorschlag gemacht: Wenn man zu wenig von etwas findet, soll man sich einfach verziehen, und weil man es laut ausspricht , das deine Meinung keine Gültigkeit hat?

Blablabla. Vielleicht sollte man sich mal die Update-Historie ansehen, um festzustellen, dass es in den letzten Jahren keine nennenswerten Verbesserungen gab. Matt Priestly hätte in Hemel Hempstead bleiben sollen, dann hätte er vielleicht gelernt, wie man richtige Vektorsoftware entwickelt. Was das Gemecker über die stets dürftigen Updates angeht, behalte ich mir das Recht vor, es zu äußern, wenn ich es für zutreffend halte. Und wenn sich ein kleiner Magazinmacher oder ein Komatrinker aus…

[…] Das kann ich nur wiederholen. Kritik und Unmutsäusserungen gehören hier nicht hin, nutzt dafür die offiziellen Kanäle von CANVA/Serif. Auch wenn hier ein paar Mitarbeiter von Serif mitlesen, entscheiden tun andere. Deshalb nutzt die Feedbackfunktion im Programm oder seit laut auf den sozialen Kanälen.

[…] I think there may be times some users want to exclude any stroke parts outside the object's (nominal) size -- what shows in the Transform panel for a selected object, so having the 3 different stroke alignments provides the greatest flexibility, albeit at a slight increase in complexity.

When I save a file there is a long list of favourites. Some of the folders are long gone. How can I delete these?

The old Affinity Photo, Designer, and Publisher forum by Serif is now in read-only mode and serves only as an archive. But the exchange among users, shared learning, and creative collaboration are too valuable to disappear. This new Affinity Community was created as a living space for questions, ideas, and inspiration. By registering and taking part, you help build an independent, active platform where Affinity users can continue to connect. Every new discussion, shared project, and comment helps others find useful content and keeps the community alive. At the same time, many are waiting with anticipation for Serif’s announcement “Creative Freedom is coming.” What it will bring is still uncertain – and that makes it all the more important to have a space where these developments can be followed and discussed together. This community depends on participation. Every voice and every topic keeps the spirit of creative freedom and collaboration alive within the Affinity world – open, independent, and lasting.
