It will be nice feature to have an option to lock master pages to the pages they are associated with. For example, if you have Master A on pages 1-10 and Master B on pages 11-20, then if you delete 2 pages with Master A, first two pages that have Master B will now have Master A, instead. By locking master pages every page will flow with its locked master pages all the way instead of rearranging master pages from start.

That being said.. for anyone with privacy concerns over sharing an email address, they can simply create a junk email account for free through a number of providers. Then use that account to register.
That was an option, too. Not agreed.

Don't say that to me. I'm aware off that. My friend is very Google frustrated, because Google blocked his mail and the reason was that he uses Thunderbird instead of Google account, among other -- as far as I can remember.

I know that, but those values are used for decorations in text styles, which is wrong IMO.
If you adjust paragraphs individually, the changes you make will not be applied to all other paragraphs. This is to be expected. To apply the same formatting to all paragraphs with the same text style, use the Text Style panel.
I think you didn't understand number 4.

NOTE:
- The Word document that is placed in Affinity is downloaded from the Internet;
- You can get the same result if you copy/paste the text directly from the Internet into Affinity;
- If you can't read the text in the Affinity file, simply change it to Times New Roman.
- Rename "Nivo 1.af" into "Nivo 1.docx". I don't know why Word documents are not allowed for uploading???
…and finally I decided to give Affinity a chance and create a book layout. However, I encountered some obstacles:
1. When in light mode, the text style names are very hard to read against the blue background. The same goes for the other palettes. (Maybe you should change the text color to white?);
2. In "Settings > Tools" the values entered for "Nudge..." and "Modifier Nudge..." are used in the Text Styles under "Decorations" which is not a good idea;
3. There is no way to convert a table to text (or vice versa). I tried a) right-clicking over the selected table; b) in the "Text > Table" menu; in the Table panel and looking for help in "View Help", but nothing;
4. click anywhere in the text and edit the style of the highlighted paragraph. Try changing the line spacing - it doesn't work. I thought it might be a problem with "override line spacing" so I switched it to "Automatic". But if you then click on any tab on the left side of the panel and then go back to "override line spacing", it changes back to "No change". There is no way to set it to "Automatic".

Not sure what you mean by having to log in every time?
From time to time Affinity asks me to login to Canva account. Why? It should happen only once -- after the firs installation of the app.

Wouldn't that fill up the drive fairly quickly?
Once upon a time, I worked on PDP 11/70 system. Disk was 600 Mb and there was incremental numbering. When the job was finished you could wrote PURGE and only the newest file would be kept.
