• I love the beautiful lines of the Ferrari 488 and created this illustration in Affinity Designer v2.6 in early 2025. I posted it on the old Affinity Forum, but thought I'd post it here as well. This illustration was done entirely in the v2.6 Designer Persona using vector tools, but it also used quite a few different FX, blurs, gradients, etc. No pixel tools were used, however FX, live filters, adjustment layers, etc, typically result in rasterization of vectors into pixels. This illustration took me quite a few days to complete with so much detail, but it was fun and rewarding. It came out better than I anticipated when I first started working on it. I'll attach a screenshot of the Wireframe View showing many of the vectors used in its creation. Hope you like it.

  • The level of detail is amazing!

I would like to know about how long did creating this take?

It was a while ago, but I think it was done over a period of 3 or 4 days. If I had to guess, probably 20+ hours.
