Crash - Edit placed PDF

I create a new document with Image Placement set to Prefer Embedded. Place a PDF. Click Edit Document - crash. This happens with Passthrough set to "Passthrough" or Interpret". Is this a known issue?

Are you working on a Windows or Mac? Just tried it on a Mac, both works without crash.

Have you tried a restart? Have you tested it with a smaller PDF? See what's working....
